• If you were unable to travel because our address became a hotspot area, we would offer a credit to be used anytime in the next 12 months (with the exception of school holidays and public holidays as there is a higher premium). If your original booking was for a school holiday period, then of course you would still be permitted to use your credit note in a school holiday period. The only exclusion to this is, you will be unable to reschedule your booking to a date in the December/January school holidays unless your original booking was made for the December/January school holidays.

• Similarly, If the government lockdown is an area where you live (hotspot area), and you are able to show evidence that this is your residential address (ie- your license) you will also be offered a credit to be used anytime in the next 12 months (with the exception of school holidays and public holidays as there is a higher premium). If your original booking was for a school holiday period, then of course you would still be permitted to use your credit note in a school holiday period.
The only exclusion to this is, you will be unable to reschedule your booking to a date in the December/January school holidays unless your original booking was made for the December/January school holidays.
